This week's topic is "Books I Can't Believe I've Read". Now, when I first got my Nook, I just gorged myself on free ebooks, and most of them were pretty darn bad. Since then, I've picked up some cringe-y books, some being free ebooks, some not, and some from wattpad!
Without further ado, here are 10 books I cannot believe I have read!
10) The Bad Boys Saw Me Naked by The_Muffin_Dude
I mean, I think the title says it all, doesn't it? This is available on wattpad, if you truly want to see it...

To be honest, I don't remember anything about this book. BUT it was one of the first books I got approved of on Netgalley!
8) Never Dare a Dragon by Ashlyn Chase
This was also another book I got via Netgalley. I don't know why I keep requesting romances on NG and expecting to really like them? I really didn't enjoy this one, but you can read more of my thoughts here if you want. :)
7) Heartfire by Karen Rose Smith
I know that Heartfire is a free e-book romance that I read years and years ago. Like First though, I don't remember too much about it, and it honestly doesn't sound or look like anything I enjoy now.
6) Text Order Bride by Kirsten Osbourne
This title is also pretty self-explanatory, and I think it also explains why I can't believe I read. Just...what?
5) V-Card by Alicia Michaels
This is one I can't believe I read, but was happy I did! Based on the title, I thought that V-Card was going to be just another trashy wattpad novel about a girl losing her virginity. And yes, that's part of the plot, but it was strangely empowering. At least, what I remember from it!

4) Shadow of the Mark by Leigh Fallon
Looking back on this, I question why I read this at all. I didn't enjoy the first book that much, and yet I still continued with the series. Even though the third book will (probably) never be released and the author called a negative reviewer a "cow" and "bitch." I don't think that I can support an author who does that.
3) Arena One: Slaverunners by Morgan Rice
I can believe I read this one. Take in the dystopian craze that was going on in 2012-2014 as well as the fact that I hate spending money, and of course I would read a free dystopian e-book that was full of cliches!
2) The Last Virgin Standing by Tiffany Juynh
Remember when I thought V-Card was going to be a trashy wattpad novel that was misogynistic? Well, this is it! Also the third act was all over the place and things happened without any foreshadowing.
1) Kidnapped the Wrong Sister by Marie Kelly
Read the title. Look at the cover. And if you are still baffled (like I am) that I read this book, then read the synopsis on goodreads. I mean...why did I do this?
Have you read any of these books or are also surprised that I managed to read these?
Thanks so much for stopping by and I'll see you soon with another post!
Happy Reading!
