Never in her wildest dreams would Jess Mason ever imagine herself being a part of the online dating hype. Yet here she is smack-dab in the middle of it all. And she's dated her fair share of online crazies to be a new connoisseur of all the weirdos out in the cyber world. After a slew of bad dates and pussy (cat that is) pictures, Jess knows that she needs to finally commit to something—or someone. And suddenly there he is, a man she can actually imagine herself with.

But when Jess is faced with an undeniable attraction to a handsome, unavailable co-worker, she's conflicted about continuing her quest for Mr. Right-At-Her-Fingertips. Now, it's feast or famine—and she's not willing to starve. She certainly can't have both--that wouldn't be right. After all, that's the "old Jess." The new Jess is ready to start clicking with someone special and make a real love connection.

**This book is a spinoff of Click Date Repeat, so it can be read as a standalone.**
Click Date Repeat Again is the sequel to Click Date Repeat, but you don't need to read the first to read this. Take it from me, this book was easy to understand and I didn't feel like my reading experience was lacking in any way by not reading the first book. Click Date Repeat Again is essentially about a twenty something trying to find her "one true love" through online dating after a plethora of bad dating experiences one on one.

Click Date Repeat Again has two major flaws that disallowed me from really enjoying and even loving the book.

First, Click Date Repeat Again has a slow beginning. I was expecting to have some fun right off the bat, but I didn't. It took longer than usual to acclimate to the point of view and the story itself. I don't know if that's because I didn't like Jess as much as I normally like main characters, or if it was the narration was written. Nevertheless, I had a hard time connecting and caring about this book until halfway through.

Second, this book tries to hard to be funny. There were some jokes here and there that hit the mark, but most didn't. Personally, they came off as immature, which didn't help when I was trying so hard to like Jess! This is a more personal complaint though, and I'm sure the book can be hilarious to other people. I've had this same issue before in other romances, so it is probably just me.

What I liked about this book were all the other characters besides Jess! Though I didn't like Jess, the way she thought, or the decisions she made, I did like a lot of the other characters. Jess' friends and her boyfriends were a breath of fresh air. Around the 60 percent mark, I started to warm up to Jess and the whole book. Jess experiences a good deal of character growth and I think it was very well done. The only downfall of the characters was the "bad guys". Jess' exes were cardboard cutouts; I want a bit more dimension to them!

The later half of this book was such a blast and I found myself really rooting for Jess and her happily ever after. The first half might have been 2.5 Stars, but the second half was a much stronger contender. The pace was slow in the beginning and dragged at times, but the pace the second half was faster and I never got bored.

Click Date Repeat Again isn't the best romance I've read, but I did have fun! My main issues with the book are more personal taste than anything else. If you are looking for a quick and fun read, then pick this up. If you're looking for a book that will touch your soul and impact you, it might be best to look elsewhere.

With that, I give this book
 3.25 out of 5 Stars!
