I only managed to read six books, which really surprised me! I read a lot of short stories and textbook excerpts for school though, and I was way too slammed with schoolwork to focus that much on reading or blogging. Without further ado, here are the books I read this past month!
All the links are to their goodreads pages. :)
1) Sweet Dreams by Nina Lane
2) The Raven Prince by Elizabeth Hoyt
3) Murder on the Orient Express by Agatha Christie
4) Hunger by Roxane Gay
5) The Sea King by C.L. Wilson
6) Offsetting Penalties by Ally Mathews
Out of these six, my favoirte was by far Hunger by Roxane Gay. This really touched me, and it was such a powerful read. My least favorite would be Sweet Dreams. It wasn't bad, but didn't impact me in any way. The Sea King was good, but I was overall disappointed (check out my review here). The Raven Prince was a relatively quick read (I read the majority of it in one day), but I lost interest fairly quickly. Murder on the Orient Express was good and I completely understand why it's a classic, but I didn't love it. And I feel like I've talked so much about Offsetting Penalties, so I'll just leave my link to my review.
I'm already having a better reading month this November, so be on the lookout for all the reviews that are sure to come! I got a little breather from reading and blogging, and I feel so refreshed and invigorated! :D
Thanks so much for stopping by and I'll see you soon with another post!
Happy Reading!

I really want to try Hunger - I'm actually not sure why I haven't tried it already.
